We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Radiant Vibe. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Our Guarantee
Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. All items must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please email hendrickson@radiantvibeactivewear.com and include the following information to help us identify your order:
- Order number
- Name used on the order
- Email address associated with the order
- A photo or copy of the packing slip included with your order
For return shipping, we recommend using USPS, as other carriers may be more costly. Once you have the USPS tracking number, please send it to us by email, either as a photo or the tracking number, with the subject line "Refund"
